Phi Society is growing — and so is our team.

We’re seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Cultivation Assistants to support our living-soil, small-batch cannabis production in the Township of Moose Lake, MN. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a  community-rooted cannabis microbusiness at the ground level.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting cycles
   
• Monitoring plant health and documenting key observations
   
• Assisting with sanitation and environmental controls
   
• Working collaboratively with our cultivation team under strict compliance standards
   

Ideal candidates:

• Have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
   
• Are comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
   
• Can follow SOPs and maintain confidentiality
   
• Preferably have experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis (but not required)
